Stock type: individual line
Material type: seed

Description
Whole chromosome substitution strain (CSS2) was derived from marker assisted backcrossing to the F1 of Col-0xLer-0,i.e. F1xCol-0. Col chromosome 2 replaced by Ler chromosome 2.
Phenotype
Part of a resource of 4 individual homozygous chromosome substitution strains (CSS) for chromosomes 2,3,4 and 5, where a single Col-0 chromosome has been substituted for by the corresponding ler-0 chromosome. This strain is for chromosome 2 (CSS5). This can then be further crossed to produce mapping lines.
